Free training! Fully funded training! Learn for free!

Sounds too good to be true right? Well yes, yes it does. But it is possible! And we’ll tell you how.

TVS Education has secured government funding from the Adult Education Budget enabling certain learners to access a range of Level 2 qualifications for free.

But what exactly is the Adult Education Budget? Who can use it and how do you access it?

Let’s find out…

What exactly is the Adult Education Budget?

The Adult Education Budget has a range of benefits, yet sadly, not many people know about.

It is a pot of government money meant for the retraining or development of individuals’ skills across a variety of sectors and topics. The funding gives employers the opportunity to upskill their workforce, and would-be employees the chance to gain the vital skills needed to kickstart their careers.

It allows learners to progress their career without breaking the bank.

Unfortunately, the Adult Education Budget isn’t well known or publicised, meaning that millions (yes, millions) of £’s of funding has gone to waste so far.

What can this money be spent on?

Adult Education Budget funding can be spent of a few things, provided some simple rules and qualifying criteria are met. Examples include:

  • New skills
  • Upskilling
  • Career development
  • Career change
  • Language development
  • Workforce investment

Who qualifies for funding access?

Learners aged 19 to 23 can use the funding to obtain their first level 2 or 3 qualification. Learners aged 24+ can access funding if they are on low income and wanting to obtain their first level 2 qualification. Those who are unemployed can access funding. Learners who do not have English as their first language can use funding to improve their language skills.

In summary:

  • Anyone who is 19 – 23 years of age at start of training
  • In full time employment in England
  • Completing their first Level 2 or 3 qualification
  • Any business qualifies regardless of size, employee number or turnover

Or
