Managing Director

Dale has been with TVS for the past 18 months and is education to Degree level having gained a BA (hons) KS2/3 in Physical Education. He has 15 years experience in the Education system with previous roles as Head of Physical Education, Director of Sport and County Advisor for physical education examination performance (Staffordshire LEA). The responsibilities of Dale’s role include ensuring the regional educational provision is set up and runs smoothly from the initial stages of planning, to the management of teach staff and learner outcomes.

Dale is an ex semi-professional footballer, an avid Wolverhampton Wanderers fan and a lover of all things football. Dale frequently gets mistaken for Pep Guardiola; an accurate doppelgänger in our eyes!

Chairman

Patrick is a highly motivated professional, with extensive experience in training, management and business development. He is an experienced Trainer, Coach, Mentor, IQA, Assessor and compliance auditor.

He has been instrumental in developing and managing entrepreneurial solutions for a wide range of businesses. Patrick has worked in the education sector for more than 20 years in various guises, and has led teams of delivery, business development and consultancy. He specialises in strategizing, supporting education providers in growth strategies including subcontract strategy & audit, ESFA compliance audits and supporting Directors through change programmes.

Patrick is an Education Advisor for the IFA&TE (Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education) and he sits on the Regulation & Compliance Committee / Governing Body of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Operations & Compliance Manager

Mekila has recently been appointed as Operations & Compliance Manager, which is a brand new role. Mekila has been working within education since 2008 in various roles, such as; Retention Strategist, Promoting Achievement in Learning (PAL) Team Leader, Advice & Wellbeing Manager and Education Centre/Campus Manager.

Mekila is very passionate about education since she returned to education as an adult in 2004 and has subsequently completed; BSc Psychology with Sociology (Hons) 1st Class, Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Leadership & Management, as well as numerous other L4 and L5 Management qualifications, which includes Change & Project Management.

Mekila has also won an Adult Learner of the Year Award, a National Training Award for creating the PAL Team and was invited to attend the Queens Garden Party for the impact her work had on improving Retention & Achievement by 10% within a year across both FE/HE.

Andy is a results-oriented, innovative, and strategic learning and development professional with 20+ years of substantial accomplishments focused at improvising and implementing physical activity plans, facilitating quality coach enhancement, and integrating effective solutions to drive success on a national scale.

Experienced Education Director with a clear vision and in-depth technical knowledge of the Sports and Physical Activity Industry, and an expert on the implementation of organisational turnaround strategies. Highly responsive leader with exceptional ability to develop partnerships and alliances with key strategic industry role players.

Leverages innovative thinking in solving complex problems, creates collaborative working environments and is recognised as an influencer and astute negotiator. Interpersonally gifted individual with a strong ability to coordinate with the workforce or communicate with clients to establish the best company opportunities.

Senior Programme Coordinator

Charlie has been involved with the company for over 3 years and is our Senior Programme Coordinator. Currently at the end of his Team Leader qualification and excited to progress onto his Operations Manager qualification, Charlie has responsibility for the coordination of all training courses, ensuring the smooth operation from an initial training course request right the way through to certification. Other key responsibilities lie within learner progress tracking, liaising with Awarding Organisations and maintaining business relationships with National Governing Bodies of sport on the training and development side.

Charlie is an avid sports enthusiast, winning several county and regional golf competitions and currently playing off a handicap of 4. A trip to Vicarage Road to see the mighty Watford FC is also a regular occurrence. Charlie enjoys playing football but rarely gets to due to being so injury prone!

Jenny has been with the company for just over 6 Months bringing her organisational skills to the team. Her background in events and communication has helped Jenny to build a rapport with the franchise network.

Quality Assurance and Training Officer

George has been involved with Premier Education Group since 2016 after a period of time away from the business as a sports lecturer working on BTEC and Degree programmes in various colleges in the south west! George, has also spent time as an operations manager of a coaching franchisee.

His key responsibility with the organisation is to internally quality assure the delivery of the apprenticeship model, commercial courses, and in-school delivery of the 50+ partner businesses across the county.

George is an enthusiastic sports player and regular plays competitive football and tennis. He likes to spend his weekends enjoying walks with his dog Rufus and likes to travel regularly and explore new places!

Quality Assurance and Training Officer

Nick is a passionate and dedicated individual with over 16 years’ experience working in the education and sport industry. He have successfully taught and assessed in Primary, Secondary and Further Education environments. 

With a wife and 2 girls, aged 6 and 9, his time outside of work is dedicated to creating great memories with his little family! With the hope that his girls will grow up inspired by some of their father’s (and mother’s!) interests in getting active, playing sports, the outdoors, cooking, enjoying good food and travelling the world.
